Refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles refund requests.

1. 30-day money-back guarantee

   You can ask for your money back within 30 days of the charge. We refund that charge when the request is made in time. You do not have to show that the product has an error. The 7-day trial is free. The 30 days begin when a charge is made.

   Cancelling a subscription stops the next renewal. It does not by itself refund the period you have already paid for. To get that charge back, send the refund request within 30 days.

2. How long you have

   Send the refund request within 30 days of the charge. A later request is outside this guarantee.

3. Where to send the request

   Request the refund from Paddle, not from RichPad. Use Paddle’s order portal and the email address from your receipt:

4. Rights that stay in place

   Nothing on this page limits a refund the law requires. The rest of the contract is on the terms page.
